Benefits of Metal Rescue

Metal Rescue® Rust Remover Bath

  • Removes rust from metal surface
  • Easy to use, virtually no labor involved (no scrubbing, dipping, brushing or other agitation)
  • Most effective when used as a bath or soak — immerse metal part in a plastic container for 5 mins -48 hours, depending on the severity of the rust
  • SAFE: no acids, no caustics, no health risks, non-toxic, safe on skin
  • Environmentally-friendly: as provided, Metal Rescue is safe for drains or sewer systems (check local laws for compliance)
  • Cost effective: Metal Rescue is reusable; once opened it has a shelf life of up to one year
  • Does not compromise any mechanical properties or functionality of metal
  • Does not remove properties of the metal, does not etch the metal like an acid, leaves metal surface intact and less susceptible to return/flash rusting
  • Part is ready for use or additional processing upon removal from Metal Rescue

Once rust has been removed, protect metal from its return with  Dry Coat™ Rust Preventative spray.
